  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Assessor's Office, including managing 250 employees
  • Oversees the annual assessment roll process to ensure accuracy and timely completion of the assessment roll.

Special Assistant to the Assessor

  • Managed multi-million-dollar, cross-divisional property assessment solution technology acquisition
  • Helped to develop the office’s annual budget

Neysa’s Personal Side

Neysa is raising her family in Santa Clara County.  She obtained her law degree from Georgetown Law.  Neysa enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
